Nature and scope of work

Regarding the information selected by the Company and identified by the sign •• , we undertook work of the same nature as those described in paragraph 2 above for the CSR Information considered the most important, but in a more in-depth manner, in particular in relation to the number of tests.

The sample selected represents on average 52% of the headcount and between 78% and 100% of quantitative environmental information identified by the sign ••.

We consider that this work allows us to express a reasonable assurance opinion on the information selected by the Company and identified by the sign •• .

Qualifications expressed

The lack of reliability observed for the power consumption data provided for Water branch leads to an uncertainty of this information.

Conclusion

In our opinion, and under this qualification, the information selected by the Company and identified by the •• sign in the management report has been established, in all material aspects, in compliance with the Criteria.

Observations

Without qualifying our conclusion above, we draw your attention to the following point: for the indicator “Consumption of electric power (Waste)”, the data provided by one of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT’s subsidiary refers to 2012 and not to the current period.
