Greater Dijon and Lyonnaise des Eaux develop a new governance system for water and confirm the water and wastewater contracts until 2021
Greater Dijon and Lyonnaise des Eaux, a subsidiary of SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT, are setting up a new governance system for water operations from 1 January 2012, as they sign amendments of the water and wastewater contracts for Dijon/Plombières-lès-Dijon and Talant. These contracts signed in 1991 and confirmed following the Olivet ruling by the Council of State are therefore now maintained until 2021.
