Marie-Ange Debon born 18 May, 1965, is a graduate of HEC and ENA, and holds a Master’s degree in Law. She began her career in 1990 as a magistrate at the Cour des Comptes (French National Audit Office). She then joined France 3, serving as Management Director and then Executive Vice-President in charge of Resources. Marie-Ange joined the Thomson Group as Deputy Chief Financial Officer in 1998, and was appointed Secretary General as from July 2003.
She joined SUEZ environnement in 2008 as Secretary General in charge of legal affairs and audit, and took over the responsibility for Water and Waste Projects, Information Systems, Risk & Investments, Insurance and Purchasing in 2009. She has been a member of the Board and the Audit Committee at Technip since 2010, she is Chairman of MEDEF’s Internationalization & Export Department and was a member of the Collège de l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (the French Financial Market Authority) from 2008 to 2014.
In April 2013, Marie-Ange Debon has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of International activities (Treatment solutions and the areas: the United States, Africa & the Middle-East, and Asia-Pacific).
