
Thanks to a 5-year shareholder agreement, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT has a stable shareholder structure, until July 2013. The parties to the sharolders’ agreement are: GDF SUEZ, Groupe Brussels Lambert, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Areva, CNP Assurances, and Sofina. Together, they hold 48.5% of the capital. The proportion of free-floating shares (public and employees) amounts to 50.6% (excluding treasury shares).
SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT’s market capitalisation was €7.6 billion, as of end December 2010.
