"For the past 6 years, I have managed a site that covers a surface area of several acres. Working exclusively on site, I am responsible for the technical aspects of management (rainwater, lixiviats, biogas), as well as for compliance with regulations and safety measures. I also handle communication with local residents and councillors, as well as an 8-person management team. We have comprehensive site management powers, which enable us to intervene immediately in the event of a problem at the work site, thus avoiding visual nuisances or odours.

| My interest in physics and chemistry led me to an engineering degree with a minor in environmental studies. My internship, carried out with a waste disposal contractor, gave me a taste for fieldwork and introduced me to SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT.
Early on, things were not easy because the sector is overwhelmingly male, although the percentage of women is rising. You have to succeed in making contacts and managing without causing friction.
In my future role as Equipment Manager, I will visit the sorting centres and operations. I chose to continue my path within SITA France in order to have different responsibilities and a broader vision of landfill management".
