Thanks to a 5-year shareholder agreement, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT has a stable shareholder structure allowing it to consolidate its strategy.

The parties to the sharolders' agreement are: GDF SUEZ, Groupe Brussels Lambert, Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, Areva, CNP Assurances, and Sofina. Together, they hold 48.04% of the capital.

The proportion of free-floating shares (public and employees) amounts to 51.92%.

SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT owns 0.04% of its shares.
