Discover the 2010 Commitments and Performance report, which returns to the context and priorities of the Group’s sustainable development policy

Every year, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT recruits new talent to ensure that its water and waste activities continue to grow, and to reinforce its presence in every corner of the globe.

Recruiting talent

As of 31 December 2011, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT had 80,410 employees.

To facilitate new employees’ induction, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT started developing an integration tool for new employees in early 2011. This “serious game” is a fun way to learn about the Group’s businesses, regardless of the person’s status, location, the entity they belong to, business line or language.

Strengthening the Group’s international presence

SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT operates the same recruitment policy in every corner of the globe: the Group is present in more than 70 countries on 5 continents.

In 2010, SUEZ ENVIRONNEMENT expanded Agbar and by bringing former partner companies into the Group.
